How much does laundry service cost? 

Piled Up charges a flat rate per bag fee. We do not charge by the pound. A 13 gallon trash bag will cost $40; 20 gallon trash bag will cost $60.

What to expect in our mobile laundry service?

All laundry is done on premise. We do not outsource any laundry cleaning. Piled Up will wash, dry and fold your laundry on-site.

Should I be home or should I leave my laundry order to be picked up?

We would prefer someone to be present during scheduled pick-up/drop-off times, however we understand life happens, so it's not required. We do ask that your pick-up/drop off location be a safe, secure and accessible location to leave your items.

Will my clothes be washed with other people's clothes?

All of your laundry will be washed and dried by itself. We DO NOT mix your laundry with other clients. 

 

What type of items are not acceptable?

Unfortunately, we will not wash leather (real or faux), suede, any items with feather or fur, and shoes. We are NOT responsible for clothing damaged in washers/dryers.

Do I need to separate my laundry? 

No, laundry does not to be separated. We will sort at the facility.

Can I request hang drying?

Hang drying can be requested, however the items need to be separated & labeled in another bag labeled "HANG DRY ONLY". We will hang any requested items to be air-dried in a controlled environment. 

additional charges ($.50) will be assessed per hanger used.

How long does it take for laundry to be completed?

Turn around time for your laundry to be delivered back to you is 48 hours from the time of pick-up. We do provide expedited orders of 24 hours for an additional $10 per bag.

Late cancellation or forget to leave laundry out for pick-up?

If order is canceled less than 2 hours prior to pick-up time or if laundry is not left out for pick-up a service fee of $10 will be charged if our driver arrives.
